• Inventory Sourcing

• Consignment Management

Each service is subject to its own agreement and pricing terms. Additional costs such as movers, delivery, and third-party services are separate and billed directly.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their project or consignment items.

• Ensure all items provided for consignment are owned by the client and free of liens.

• Be available for scheduled appointments or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.

3. Payments

• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Consignment Sales

• SFS retains 30% of the final sale price for consignment items.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Flat fees (such as inventory sourcing fees) are non-refundable once work begins.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered.

6. Liability

• SFS is not liable for damages, loss, or delays caused by third-party vendors (movers, delivery companies, storage providers).

• Clients agree that SFS will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

• Content on this website (logos, images, service descriptions) is the property of SFS and may not be copied or used without permission.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
