Consignment Management
Each service is subject to its own agreement and pricing terms. Additional costs such as movers, delivery, and third-party services are separate and billed directly.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about their project or consignment items.

Ensure all items provided for consignment are owned by the client and free of liens.

Be available for scheduled appointments or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.
3. Payments

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Consignment Sales

SFS retains 30% of the final sale price for consignment items.

Unsold items after the agreed consignment period may be returned, donated, or otherwise handled per the client’s instructions.

SFS is not responsible for normal wear, damage from third-party movers, or market fluctuations in resale value.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

Flat fees (such as inventory sourcing fees) are non-refundable once work begins.

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered.
6. Liability

SFS is not liable for damages, loss, or delays caused by third-party vendors (movers, delivery companies, storage providers).

Clients agree that SFS will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
7. Website Use

Content on this website (logos, images, service descriptions) is the property of SFS and may not be copied or used without permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
