SFS receives 15% on an item when a consignment sale is complete, on top of the up front flat fee per hour $200 for appraisal and documenting. Consignment Management: Helping clients sell furniture they no longer need, with SFS managing the process What’s Included: • Professional assessment of resale potential for your furniture. • Marketing, photography, and listing of your items through SFS channels. • Buyer coordination, negotiation, and transaction management. Please note that any services i.e. movers, hauling, dump fees, are not included in our fee. These fees will be collected as needed with permission, and before services can be scheduled
